abnormal signal intensity of the l1 boby showing depression and irregularity of its upper and plate accompanying with abnormal signy of the al intensity t12-l1 level disk suggestive for compression fx of the l1 body showing mild posterior bulging of the vertebral body
(spondylodiskitis must be kept in mind as a minor possibility
diskoosteophytic herniation at the l5-s1 level more prominent left laterally
herniated disk at the l4-l5 level more prominent in the central rt paracentral areas
mild bulging disk at the l3-l4 level
degenerative changes at the most dorsolumbar levels showing bridging osteophytes at the lower and mid dorsal levels
bone marrow signal intensity is normal.
(except l1 body) visualized cord and nerve roots show normal shap and signnal intensity
