I know dear friend. that was a joke.
I've remembered an English proverb that say: "I have not enough money to buy a cheap material" or sth. like that...
It means that if you wanna choose a cheap and low cost material or cloth, It will not useful for you in a long time. because although it has low cost for the consumer, may be there was low cost and financial matters for the producer and It will diminish or lowered the quality, too.
What is your idea, dear friend?

but we can buy different clothes with variety colores
, but in different way , high quality has nice feature
and low quality can destroy early than high quality

Then because of low quality, you will not have them well-ordered and neat as the first day you bought. But imagine if you buy a 60000 Tomas cloth, you will have a qualified one, it will remain for you in long period of time, although you spend much money than the others.

Yes. As I said before, low-qualified clothes producers and beneficiaries spend a little money, and sell it cheap. Although the price is trifle, but the cloth is in bad ..quality range, the color is in lower classes.
