for me its up to my situation
if i would to go to an important party or other situation like this , i buy a good clothe
but because of my interest to diversity, i prefer buy more various clothes

In this manner, you cannot wear the clothes so long! Let's make an example; If your have 60000 Tomans, you could buy 3 shirts with average price of 20000 tomans. Then because of low quality, you will not have them well-ordered and neat as the first day you bought. But imagine if you buy a 60000 Tomas cloth, you will have a qualified one, it will remain for you in long period of time, although you spend much money than the others.
