5 killed in clashes in Mogadishu
At least five people have been killed and several others injured in two separate clashes in Mogadishu.

Al-Shabab fighters attacked government positions in northern districts of the Somali capital on Friday, AFP reported.
Medics say three civilians, including a woman, were killed in the crossfire.
In a separate incident, al-Shabab fighters clashed with a group of militants in the south of the capital. Two of the fighters were killed in the gun battle.
Mogadishu has been the scene of daily battles between government forces and local fighters -- both trying to take control of the capital, while the rest of the country is mostly controlled by anti-government forces.
Somalia has not had a functioning government since warlords toppled President Siad Barre in 1991.
Thousands of people have died and thousands more have been displaced in the nearly two decades of chaos
