آپارتمان ها یا برج های لوکس معمولاً دارای یک یا چند واحد منحصر بفرد هستند که از نظر متراژ یا قرار گرفتن در بالاترین طبقه با دیگر واحد ها متمایز است که به آن در اصطلاح پنت هاوس می گویند. این کلمه در لغت به معنی خانه کبوتر است.

اخیراً در موناکو یک برج بسیار زیبا و مجلل ساخته شده است که قیمت آن ۳۸۰ میلیون دلار آمریکاست.

محاسبه قیمت : اگر قیمت هر دلار آمریکا ۳۵۰۰ تومان باشد قیمت این برج می شود : یک ترلیارد و سیصدو سی میلیارد تومان !!!!! ۱.۳۳۰.۰۰۰.۰۰۰.۰۰۰
