Abstract : The best characteristic of reinforced concreter to steel is its high Resistaney fire and though reinforced concrete ratains the properties of concrete, eliminate the disadvtages of it.We'd better use the reinforced concrete in Non- explosive structures/ because we need high resistancy to fire and strikes. (steel structures will spread wares of strike and produce vibration upon vibration but the concrete structure attract the strike and its ware.
